The Moderator dedicates Aberdalgie Walled Garden

The Aberdalgie Walled Garden was formally opened and dedicated by the Moderator of the General Assembly, Rt Rev Gordon Kennedy, on Sunday 26^th July.

Led by our minister, Rev Allan Wilson, the Moderator and Rev Brenda Elwell-Sutton, Moderator of the Presbytery of Perth, shared in the united service which was attended by a large number of friends from across the Lower Earn,  

Mo Rutherford keeping our singing in tune and in time and we offered gratitude for the marquee that sheltered us from the drizzle.

Fellowship was shared following worship as we enjoyed the marvellous cake, coffee and tea, scones and picnics. 

It was of particular joy to welcome Rev James Aitchison back to Aberdalgie and acknowledge the germ of his idea pre-Covid that has resulted in the magnificent garden that has evolved.
