The Cascade of Poppies for Remembrance Sunday for each of the churches across the network, began in August. Knitters and crocheters from friends and family - and friends of friends and family, have been busy and the total achieved is in excess of two thousand poppies - of all different shades, sizes and shapes.
Then the next step - over 30 gathered in Dunbarney to assemble the creation, using netting as the background. Only instruction was that no one was allowed to work on their own church cascade.
Here you can see a few of the images of friends gathered together on Saturday 4th October in Dunbarney Church Hall. The next chapter will be the displays themselves.
