The Parish of Aberdalgie and Forteviot (Church of Scotland) was formally constituted on January 4th 2014 at a service of the Presbytery of Perth.
We are part of a new linked charge with Aberuthven and Dunning Parish which was formed after a process of readjustment following the recommendations of a Special Committee.
Aberdalgie and Forteviot is a close knit, caring congregation brought closer together over the last two years by joint worship sharing our two historic churches.
Primarily a rural parish our members gather for worship not only from the farms and houses within the parish bounds but also from many households in Perth and elsewhere.
Many people who used to live and work on the land having retired to the town still choose to travel to worship at Aberdalgie and Forteviot in order to maintain their strong ties with the people and places important to them and their families.
Our worship takes place every Sunday at 9.30am, it alternates between Aberdalgie & Forteviot, click here to find out where this weeks service is.
